tjhunt2 Report post Posted March 2, 2009 Hopefully you'll have better luck than the wife and I. Only 16 on Sat. and 2 yesterday. The wind was bad on Sun. Talked to quite a few fishermen and it was the same story from everyone. The story of my life when it comes to fishing. One guy said "should have been here last Wend. or Thurs. hawkeye Report post Posted March 2, 2009 Three of us went out on Saturday and caught about 60 or so. Sunday only a hand full for two of us. Seems they are moving. Just need to find them again. tjhunt2 Report post Posted March 3, 2009 I was wondering if anyone has ever fished Talkalai Lake and is it good fishing? How big is it and are boats allowed? Does anyone know of any other good fishing lakes on the res. with bass and crappies as well? Was just wondering since I bought a yearly permit and would like to check out some other spots. Thanks!
