Definitely 31/32. Weird thing is the only non resident that drew that hunt had 34 points. Not sure how 17 years of applying equals 34 points

 “if” the only non res in this unit had 34 and Shockey had 17-23 I’m all ears for a logical explanation. I like learning about the draw. Smells fishy if these are all facts.
