I bet that was copied from the early fall hunt regs, (26) is the note number that is part of the regs., and 40 is the amount of tags given out for that hunt number. Just a guess. Would have buddies from all over the country calling to say that their cards were being hit. I loved it... I wouldn't count on that. If anything it will be the same as last year. As opposed to the small increase of applicants year over year. If we are lucky there might be a small drop.
