CatfishKev Report post Posted September 25, 2024 A GC I've done Fannie mae rehabs for has a potential job in tucson. It would likely be a full rehab. Likely including new kitchen, bathrooms and granite along with paint, flooring, HVAC, plumbing and electrical fixtures. Will need to be insured. Let me know if y'all got any recommendations. Solstafir Report post Posted March 4 I've used a couple of guys for remodeling in Tucson, and one thing I highly recommend is checking if they have experience with imitation marble wall panels. Some contractors aren't familiar with installing them properly, and that can lead to issues down the road. If you're going for that look, make sure the person you hire knows how to handle them so you get a clean, durable finish.
