Flatline Maps / Can't Reach Them

Recommended Posts

I have been trying for about a month now to reach the folks at Flatline Maps and   - nothing -   I'm wondering if anyone on here has any information as to why this is.  I know they are a small/family type operation, so we're hoping all is well with them.

Their maps are very popular items - wanting to get a bunch more.

Thank you all in advance,

Mark Healy

if you cant get them, rugged maps are pretty cool. I know you wanna stock up for your store. but that might be an easy alternative.

look for the videos of the stuff online.  they use what i describe as a "table cloth" material. One video, the guy uses it for putting meat on after he got his elk. then it washes off and hangs it to dry then packs it away

I know one of them and was told their printer was damaged this winter.  They were on a temporary shutdown at one point while trying to get a new printer and get it up and running.  I should cross paths with them soon and can find out more.

Okay - good news - I have heard from them and there was in-fact a printer issue and an upgrade to new paper issue that have been holding up production.  We are going to start getting resupplied soon.

Thank you to whomever reached out to the Flatline folks and got the communication going again.  Communication is good.

Have a productive fall season,

I wouldn't lie to you about that stuff!  I sat in the youth turkey camp this spring with one of the owners and got the whole scoop.  And then I bugged them about getting maps going for my other favorite unit!  Glad you finally heard back. I hadn't had a chance to reach out yet because my buddy, who is dating one of the owners, is on an elk hunt.

I figured it was you or someone else on here was able to get a message to them.  I'm grateful I got a message back the next day.  So, thank you and the CW forum folks for having relationships and good reach in the hunting community.  I came here figuring this was the right place to find a solution.  It was.

Good luck with your hunts this year.

My buddy and his girlfriend are supposed to come up to Flagstaff for dinner soon, so I'll get the full lowdown and make sure they know how popular Flatline is.  I do what I can on here and hope someone finds something useful.  Next time I'm in the valley and near you, I'll stop in.  Good luck to you, too!
