Coues Sniper Report post Posted February 18, 2009 ouch . Glad to hear Rico is alright, but sorry to hear you have to part with that gun. That's a dandy. I wouldn't take it off your hands even if I could
IHunt2live Report post Posted February 18, 2009 Sorry to hear about that. For being mans best freind they sure can cost us alot of money at times. I had a simmilar situation a few years ago. Luckly I still live with the folks and didn't have to part with any of my guns .

gonhntn Report post Posted February 19, 2009 Hey Jim, sorry to hear about that fine dog of yours. I am sure you will sell that shotgun soon. That pup we got from you "river" has had lots of experiences thus far. We have had him on lots of wild birds including NM mearns. He appears to have all the right stuff. We are very excited about him. Will keep you posted. gonhntn

cooper Report post Posted February 20, 2009 Sorry to hear about your dog but glad to hear you might have another litter. I just talked my wife into letting me have a GSP. We got her a Lab 4 years ago that turned out to be a better family dog than a hunting buddy. April 16th is the day I get to start looking. Part of the deal is I have to run every day until then to show I can keep up with an active dog. Keep us updated and good luck with those vet bills, I hope I can help out later.
