Shotgun Cameras

Anyone use a shotgun camera for hunting and at the range? I'm wanting to get one to help with aiming but also capture the hunt too. 

Any recommendations on brands? Is it worth going with ShotKam? Wanting to use it on a 12 to .410.

I stuck a GoPro on my shotgun a few years back for a few hunts. Kinda fun, but I didn’t have any use for footage like that so it ran its course. I just played with it for dove, might be cool to try again for ducks, Sandhills, or quail this year… hmm…

I bought a shotkam. Haven't used it or even taken out of the case. Reviews and seeing one in use is why I bought it. You will need to purchase adapters for each gauge. Gonna use it to record Sandhill crane hunt in Texas in Nov. Will follow up once I take it out and use it.

Yeah I was thinking dove, quail, crane (finally drew again haha) etc

I got a shotkam. Haven’t used it much.  Only time I’ve used it was to shoot pigeons while we were training dogs.  So far it seems good. I see some potential in it helping my shooting.

I have enough witnesses to my misses. Don't need to film them too.
