azyota Report post Posted February 19, 2009 So one thing that's been bugging me about the pig I got. When I was skinning it I found a kind of a tube just under the skin in the belly area right next to the incision I made to dress him, but not into the meat that contained some kind of parasitic worm about 3-4" long. I didn't take a picture of it because I was trying to not think about it. I'm pretty sure the meat is fine, and I didn't see anything else out of the ordinary. The worm like I said was about 3-4" long and about 1/4" in diameter. I only saw one end of it. It was almost earthworm looking in it's shape except it was kind of an off white cream color. dang parasites just give me the creeps... Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
