I get close to 1 of 10 rounds no ignition. I put a new primer in and then no issue. Also notice the light strikes are on rounds that measure shorter by a few thousandths on gage line. No never had any issue. When fire forming I am seating bullets long and jamming in the lands just in case of that issue. My fire form load is a 140 ELD-M with 41gr H4350 I have a target some where with a 20 shot fire form group thats about 3/4"

Good thought. Aslo thinking of building a sled and water cooler fire forming set up before my next barrel. Would be good to have around the shop.
