They are not always the ones ripping the customer off. There are lots of customers who never come pick up their mounts. Deposits are necessary imo to not only order supplies, but also make sure the customer has some skin in the game. I get it, I have a lot of material out sometimes. And I will come and repo my material if you don't pay. Legal or not , its mine until payment mine.
