crittergetter Report post Posted February 8, 2009 I set my camera out about three weeks ago and was pleased to find some deer and elk pictures on it yesterday. This is my first camera and so far I am very happy with it. The temps were 15 - 50 degrees and it still had 2/3 battery life. There were a total of 95 pictures; however I think the camera was going off when the wind was blowing the tree limbs.
crazy4COUES Report post Posted February 8, 2009 SWEET! Has anyone warned you this trail cam stuff is addicting? Always try yo clear any branches, tall grass. I had one cam taking pictures almost continuously because of one little tree branch blowing in the wind. After that I alway take the time to trim things up. Jimmer Negamanee Report post Posted February 8, 2009 Great pics! I have the same cam and so far have only been able to dink around with it in town. It looks like it has some pretty good range. I'm very happy to see that. Did you get any pics at night?
crittergetter Report post Posted February 10, 2009 No pics at night. The camera did go off in the infared mode on my first elk pic though. You'll notice this picture was taken just seconds before the one I already posted, so I wouldn't say night time.
