firstcoueswas80 Report post Posted June 12 I can empathize with shoulder issues. I "blew out" my shoulder sophomore year of high school. Doctors could never find anything definitively wrong with it other than everything was stretched out, so I then had to deal with literally dozens, if not 100+ times of subluxation. Basically, a half to 3/4 dislocation. That hurts.
HyNoon Report post Posted June 12 I haven't tired it but I've heard the stem cell injections are the was to go especially if you are not doing surgery. Any one can weigh in here on that with experience or expertise on the PT field?

I should probably get it checked again since the last round of PT was less than successful.

I've been through 3 rounds of PT with no noticeable improvement. I've had my shoulder "come out" sleeping, stretching, reaching back to slap a high 5, aggressively putting a golf club in the bag etc. I didn't think I was going to be able to do the monkey bars in the academy. I used to be to through some pretty decent weight around on bench, but the shoulder issues stopped that.

Any one can weigh in here on that with experience or expertise on the PT field? I have looked into it some, and it is very expensive and you have to go to Mexico to get the good stuff. Like $25k for treatment. I have had a torn labrum since 2001. I just deal with it. I finally had an Ortho diagnose it about 5yrs ago when i was having a knee scoped. The doctor basically told me to wait til I mess something else and he will fix it all. Just roll it til I can't deal with it anymore since it has been 20 years since the injury. I hear Rogan talk about BPC157 for tendon/ligament healing. That might be worth a look, and have your testosterone levels checked. If they are low, a Test and BPC157 regimen might help heal them. Testosterone isn't a cure all, but if you are low it can help improve life and healing. It has helped me. I have had low Test since I was in my late 20s. Once I was done having kids I started TRT and it helps. 1

Lots of different places and times for me too...most uncomfortable was incline press with dumbbells. I saw it in the mirror and my wife touched my shoulder just as I popped it back...thought she was going to pass out. Mine popped one time about 20 yrs ago on a cub scout caving trip with my brother and nephew...going through a "fat man squeeze" muddy section I probably didn't have any business crawling through. My nephew is punching me to keep going and I'm crawling along with only one arm trying to pop it back in. That wasn't fun at all.
