I suspected it was not entirely clear in the law for someone to downgrade someone else over it.

 

To be clear, I do not support chasing quail with a dog during nesting season.  Also, the snakes are rampant.  I just don't like people making up additions to the law.  Portraying the situation as an ethics issue or stewardship or sportsmanship, is more appropriate.

unfortunately in todays world everyone wants a law for something.  
I am for less government involvement.
