But if you need odds for certain hunts let me know and I can throw up some numbers for your situation. 16 points is gonna be from someone holding out for a early rifle tag or a unit 23 or 9 archery tag. I drew it last year and had to point guard because of a death in the family 3 days before the hunt. All the preparation and to not be able to go, sucks.
