Looking for a good butcher

I've got a big batch of scraps and cubes that I want to get turned into summer sausage and jerky, can anyone recommend a good butcher in the Mesa area?

I have dealt with denmark... Nothing but good things.

I love schreiners! I had some javy sausage made last year by them and It was the best that I have had.

With Denmark you need a certain amount of meat for them to start with and they do batch the meat--so if you have a bunch of elk that you have they will usually batch it with other folks game to make it worth their while to crank the machine up. That said i have never had any issues with what they have made for me over the years.

 

Amanda is correct about Miller's they are a class act and they help the ADA and other groups with meat for the youth camps.
