Azarchery Report post Posted January 19, 2009 I came down from Phoenix to help out with my Dad's pig hunt. We started off saturday morning finding a herd and Dad put on a stalk got within 20 yards from the pigs. He was in the thick and did not get some good shots and the herd broke. We decided to move on and find another herd for the afternoon, no luck. Sunday morning we got to a new spot where Tyler (aka elkhunter) saw a herd the week before. We never seen them before and decided to try it out. Couple of hours later Dad found the herd, set the plan and stalked. He got 15 yards from a pig and got a perfect shot that he could ask for after all of the unsucessful stalks. The pig expired at the spot. Dad did a great job. It was a great experience and cannot ask for a better time with the boys.
