Cameraland!

I know its been said before but I just wanted to let everyone know how good it is to do business with Camerland and especially Doug himself. Not only are they official sponsors of this site they stand behind their products and services.

 

I bought a pair of Leica 10-15x50 preowned Duovids from him a while back and the diopler broke on me while in the field scouting. I contacted Doug and he walked me through the process of sending them into Leica for repair. When I began to get nervous about not getting them back in time for my first trip to Mexico I started calling Leica and didn't get very good results, I called Doug and he stepped in and I had my fixed binos back in no time.

 

Well then on my Arizona hunt the diopler broke again and I didn't hesitate to contact Doug once again. Cameraland put me in touch with the President of Leica and I found out I would be getting a brand new pair instead of a twice repaired pair. Well I'm heading for Mexico again this week and I still don't have my binos so I contacted Doug and now I'll have them at my house in the morning!

 

If there is anybody thinking about buying anything that has to do with cameras or optics I highly recommend Doug and crew at Cameraland!

Doug is the man! And, you dont have to talk hunting/fishing/optics with him. He will gladly talk about other topics as well.

That's great to hear. I know the service normally has a reputation to be "so-so" with Leica.

This definitely gives me a bit more piece of mind. Phil, good luck on your Mexico hunt too.

Say hello to Jimmy and tell him we miss seeing him.

Yep so far if it wasn't for Doug stepping in I would have to say that Leica's customer service is terrible.

Cramerhunts if you turn the glass around they would have been ok :blink: Cause you're always looking in the wrong direction :lol: hahahahahaha!

I must retract a little and give just a bit of credit to Leica.....they had my brand new pair at my door at 7:00 am today! The UPS man didn't look to happy though! And the best part is now instead of a 10 year warranty I have a lifetime warranty on them!
