The property is only 20 mins north of Show Low in unit 3B and very close to 3C. WM Lakes Estates does have electricity and water available the lots give you access to the private White Mountain Lake in the community. There is also no HOA. They are asking $10.5k for each lot or $20k for both if purchased together. A neighboring lot sold at the end of July for $11.5k right down the street. Link below to that property with pictures of the area to give you an idea of what to expect. The two properties for sale are just north of that one on the same Skyline Rd. They are working on pics of the actual lots but they are identical to the Zillow lot link pics. You can also use Google Earth and get a good idea.
