More recipes are welcome. grill it, who cares you cant mess it up if its still fresh tasting. i dont remember frying yellowtail but surely i have. personally like my fish basically well done. i always hear about over cooking fish, but i hate slimy yellowtail. i like my grouper, yellowtail, thoroughly cooked.
