We're looking to expand, posting here in case you know someone who might be interested. Flexible work is possible at entry level and weekends vs weekdays is flexible as well across all experience levels; great for outdoorsmen. Pay: $18/hr - $50/hr, part or full-time. Lower End (Apprenticeship/labor/entry level): Flexible hours. Regular pay increases after trial period and upskilling No experience necessary, just a willingness to learn. Great for someone looking to start in construction or learn about the industry Hard worker Higher End (Seasoned pros): Experienced carpenters/remodelers with their own (basic) tools Strong references. Independent workers. Most of our projects are in North/Central Phoenix and Scottsdale, mainly north of the 10 and within the 101 loop. Will need their own transportation.
