Monarch ATB Tripod adaptor

Recommended Posts

I have been looking for a tripod adapter for Monarch ATB 10x42's. Can't find anything at Sportsman's Warehouse or Cabelas. I have found these from Nikon but they look like they will dig into your chest when you carry the binos on a neck strap. http://www.nikonhunting.com/accessories-tr...apter-camo.html

I don't really want to pull the mount off the binos everytime I take them off the tripod. Anyone seen or using anything better?

Thanks, Pat

I found that adapter (from your link) at Sportsmans about a year and a half ago...it definitely has to be removed for comfortbale harness use.

I'll be watching this thread closely, hoping for ideas as well!

I use the one in the coueswhitetail store here is the link

http://www.coueswhitetail.com/bookstore/adaptors.htm

The small velcro one works great I leave it on my binos and never take them off. Trust me it is a great investment. I promise. ;)

I also use the bino harnest and I have no idea I even have the adapter there.

They have the nikon one at bass pro. I use it. You can not leave it on your binos all the time. I do not leave it on the tripod either. It goes inside the pouch on my bino system. It is only 20.00 so money well spent to me.It also gives you another four inches of hight for standing while useing a tripod.

I use that Nikon adapter. Mine stays on the tripod 100% of the time. It just takes a few seconds to attach the binos to it. It is very solid and it does add some height.
