WTB Aftermarket trigger for Howa Mini Action

Probably a long shot but I thought I’d ask before I bought a new one. Just want something lighter/nicer than the factory trigger. Let me know if you’ve got some be laying around you’d part with. Thanks

I believe any rem 700 trigger will work??

No Remington trigger will work. Did you try clipping the spring? Pretty good youtube video showing how to do it. Both of mine are a little over 2 lbs.. It is a 2 stage trigger so you still have to take up the the creep before it fires.

Just be careful not to lose the 2 E clips. Other than that, it is pretty easy and you can go lighter than 2 lbs if you wish.  You'll be looking for the HACT trigger adjustment. Let me know if you need any help with it.

Glad it worked out. Just FYI, the biggest accuracy improvement will be dropping the action in a B&C medalist stock. They have them for both the heavy and sporter barrels. Cut my groups in half.

They make ‘em for the mini actions?

Yes, a sporter style and target style for the heavy barrels.

Stocky’s makes an ultralight carbon fiber stick for it.

Pendleton makes a great stock.
