Nm unit 27 questions

Hey guys, I was lucky enough to draw a nm 27 muzzleloader mule deer hunt, and I have a couple questions about access in the unit. I’m getting a plan together to go start scouting and just wanted to avoid wasting time by avoiding areas and roads thatre shut down or locked gates etc… anybody hunted there the last couple years that’ll let me pick their brain?

I hunted coues there a couple years back but am starting over in a new area… never saw a muley where we were.
