BASS Report post Posted January 24, 2005 I scouted the coke ovens on Saturday, and didn't see a gosh darn thing I liked. I then scouted around Arizona City today, and saw some nice pig country, but much too flat for any real glassing. I have my fingers crossed for another archery Elk tag in 5B north (or south since I hunt the border anyways) But besides that, I'm enjoying a little break. This year no December hunts for me,my vacation request for the last two weeks of december got denied,oh well so I'm planning for the November hunts. Don't worry,I wont be applying for unit 23 because there is no deer in 23 I hope I get to go to Sonora again,I already have my vacation aproved for the 3rd week of Jan. 2006 Yes is a long time and I can't wait. azpackhorse Report post Posted January 25, 2005 We are planning a OTC spring turkey hunt in NM and after that it will be zapping yotes for a few months and praying for an archery unit 1 bull tag....oh ya and throw in an archery prairie goat tag too I have often been accused of being obsessed with hunting (by my wife) I prefer extremely dedicated!
