Are those Ribeye's? That meat looks like it was aged for a long time. Unlike the stuff I see in the supermarkets.

It was a 21lb rib roast from Frys Christmas sale last year. I cut half into ribeyes and smoking the other half today for various meals.

I am so jealous did a standing rib roast in the smoker for about 10 hours, then let it rest inside a cooler.  Lover the bigger cuts! Enjoy and send some more pictures.  FOOD PORN!!!!!!!!!!!

Dinner tonight.  Shrimp scampi, about a dozen or so of shrimp, extra garlic, shallots, added asparagus tips, finished with parsley and pecorino romano and parmesan

I didn't take any pictures. They turned out great. We also had antelope back strap, elk, and deer. You should have stopped by.

Lunch today.

My version of shrimp po boy sandwich.  Shrimp with a little ghee, garlic and creole spice, finished with a pineapple habenero suace, on top of a hoagie roll with red cabbage and tomatoes.  Side if asparagus and spices.

Lunch today:  Poke bowl with tuna, shrimp, edamame, cucumbers, red cabbage, avacado, toasted and black sesame seeds, micro greens,  various spices on a lite bed of rice. Garnished with limes

Looks very tasty. A lot healthier than my leftover burger from last night.
