firstcoueswas80 Report post Posted June 7, 2023 The Meater kinda let me down. Said 203 was "fall off the bone" pulled at 201. Delish, but not fall off the bone. Which is ok, I like mine with a touch of chew required. They were fantastic on the smoker. Put the sauce on about 30 minutes before they reached temp. Sticky and gooey.
