Im doing a little early research, but does/has anyone here hunted in Unit 22? how is it? whats the terrain like. Is it worth applying there or should I look somewhere else? I helped a buddy who drew a muzzleloader tag in '07, it is not the best unit in AZ, but there are some very nice bulls in there. He drew the south side, and it seemed the north side had more elk. South side has some big steep country. We saw plenty of bulls in our short time there, and he killed a 6 pt. bull the second evening, but it was smaller than several we'd seen in the previous couple days. If I didn't have many points and wanted a better chance to draw, it's a unit I'd apply for. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
