Happened last year just about every unit the quota was hit ending the hunt early

Exactly. And there were lots of units that never filled the quota, mostly Coues units.

Agreed and to which I think the wet monsoon played a role. Tough for most archers to kill a coues deer without sitting water or using cameras. This year should be different.

It won't be long and you will have to choose one or the other.

Archery is great for a guy at your level, you will learn a lot and make you a better hunter.
