devinv Report post Posted November 13, 2008 After I had filled my tag I switched gears and tried to help my friend shoot his first whitetail, this was his first big game hunt actually. He shot this 3x4 buck on the last day we hunted in the morning, one shot at 220 yards. He has a small 4th point on his left side. Any guesses on this bucks score? I'm sure your friend is hooked now and can't wait till next season. I have no guess on the score....but he's got good mass, good main beams and great tines. Your friend should be very proud of himself. Great buck! It appears big bucks are being taken in all units. If you don't mind sharing...what unit were you huntin'? I'm no where near an expert but would guess him around 83-85 its hard to tell on this buck because some pics make his frame look small compared to his ears unless he has giant mule deer ears. Great buck congrats. I just looked at a pic of my cousin buck he shot in 06 and it looks just like this buck except for the extra little kicker.
