maximus Report post Posted November 26, 2022 i will like to share this dishes that i made from coues meat. first is a preparation of bolognese sauce and then penne bolognese. second is what we call spezzatino, is made with red wine and mirepoix, serve with mashed potatoes, it was very tasty, now with the rest of the bolognese sauce i will make lasagna. thank you for looking, happy holidays. 1 1 Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
