Have you read how many of his priority proposals they are planning to implement as EXECUTIVE ORDER.... That means he won't have to wait for congressional approval. His staff has reported Obama will be "ready to rule" on his first day in office. READY TO RULE? Sounds like BO is thinking it is a coronation, not an Innauguaration.
