Original owners manuals from original purchase. Coach comes equipped with all working appliances, 3 burner stove w/ oven, microwave, fridge and it gets very cold, 2 roof top A/C units and these also work great ect. Spec sheet in pictures. When we bought it I removed the carpet and laid down vinyl since we camp in the dirt and lake for easy clean up, doghouse i never got around to it. Bedroom and living awning are brand new, main awning is in great shape. A new main awning along with main awning UV shade and a windshield UV blocker. No leaks.
