Dreams.  The population is exploding with no season.  They decimate pan fish.

Naturally foreign countries realize what a threat these are to fish populations, but here in the good ol US, they’re protected….

Wow. This is fantastic. I've seen those birds eat stocker trout at TTL like they were candy. Shoot them all. Can't imagine what effect they have on the already decimated bass population at Saggy, Canyon, and Apache.

I’ve heard of hatcheries getting permits to shoot them

Ya they  are all over the canals like crazy that I have seen too
