GodIsGood Report post Posted November 6, 2008 They can only pick at W's bones for so long, they'll have 1-2 years of blaming Bush for the economy and avoiding the real culprits Pelosy, Reid, Shumer - all the scumbags sacked-out with Fannie Mae & Freddie Mac... All the real sh_t heads will get a pass, maybe a few shots by Rush on the radio or Sean Hannity on Fox - but W will crayfish back to Crawford and become CNN's litter box for a few more years. No one should seek a second term if they havent the sack to keep fighting to accomplish something or willing to at least defend themselves and our constitution. At the end of the day, W is no longer someone who I admire - not because he was wrong in his beliefs, but because he didnt know how to mobilize the country behind the right ideas. heck, I remember him pushing for drilling for US oil YEARS ago - but would the Demon-crats and tree-humpers allow it? NNNNoooooooo I've already stocked up on the things the Obama-ites will want to prohibit - now if I could just sell my business to some segment of the population who will be getting a heping-hand up, because we owe them that. DesertBull Report post Posted November 6, 2008 If you think that is bad, look up the Freedom of Choice Act.
Rembrant Report post Posted November 6, 2008 The fairness doctrine will allow news shows like we already have that are supposed to show both sides of the story. What this doctrine will do is get rid of the commentary radio shows like Rush, and Janet Parshall, that are slanted to one particular view. In other words, if you are right winged or Christian, you need to shut up. The freedom of choice act will reportedly make it impossible for any future attempt to repeal the Roe vs. Wade decision. Obama has told Planned Parenthood that signing this bill will be the first thing he does in office. We are now an Obama-nation that wishes to continue infant sacrifice at the alter of convenience, and if you have anything to say about it, you won't have a chance on the air waves. 4Falls Report post Posted November 6, 2008 I agree Bush will still be a target for a year or so, I also think that Palin will be completely destroyed by 2012 they want no chance of her running against them.
az4life Report post Posted November 7, 2008 Sad about Palin as I think she would be great. I heard some folks I work with after election say that they did not like her and she turned them away from voting Mccain. I about fell over... Anyway Bush is going to go down as a bad president althought a good man I think. The fairness doctrine was given that name to sell the public on it. After all who would not want something that is "fair"? With Liberals in charge and deciding what is "fair" the only thing that is fair is the shaft that we are going to get. Talk shows like they want to treat us to are pure crap. No one wants them. So we all get milktoast garbage and AM radio is likely going the way of the trnasistor radio. But at least it is "fair". I am scared of what this man and his kind are going to do to this country in the next few years. Anyone who wants to fundamentally change the country we all love, is not going to be good for it.
