Bckhntr Report post Posted October 13, 2022 Had my boys first youth cow elk hunt in 22. Started good while scouting a couple days before the hunt saw a few but not alot. Hunt started with an almost full moon so elk were hard to locate. We had a lot of downs before my son made a great shot and got his first elk. I wanted to say thank you to some of the guys on here who helped provide some good information.
