Venison backstrap

Not my recipe and I haven't tried it yet, but my friend from MN sent this to me. Hopefully I'll be eating this soon. 

Treager Grill, blue cheese crumbles and 24 hour marinade. I grill it at 225 until the inside of the meat gets to 90 F, then flip it, put the blue cheese crumbles on, heat the grill to 350 F until it's 128 F. Take it off the grill, let it rest for 5 min and then proceed to eat all of it.

Ha, I knew it had one. I have a chunk of backstrap he brought me two years ago. Should still be good. Gonna try it next weekend just need to pin down the marinade he uses.

For the refined palate. You can always substitue Walmart cheese spread.
