New to the board

Recommended Posts

Just wanted to say hello. I am new here.

I shot my first ever coues deer( FIRST DEER AT ALL) in unit 22 this year. He was a spike that i took from about 85 yards. I will get a pic and post it up soon. Was a hard hunt, hot and i didnt see the amount of deer that i had in previous scouting trips. Was kind of bummed out to find out that a guy shot a nice 3 point about 500 yards from my truck opening morning. Have to say im hooked on the whitetail hunting in arizona. I was awesome and im happy that i was able to fill my tag

I have done alot of reading on this forum over the past few months and are just now posting. There seems to be alot of good people here and alot of people who know there stuff.

Congratulations. I will be going for my first deer next week in unit 29. Don't be too bummed about the 3 point. There will be more chances. Welcome to the board and can't wait to see your pics.

I shot a mid 80" deer within a stone throw of someones camp once. I was headed back to camp around lunch time and there he was standing there just staring at me. One shot and down. I had him gutted, skinned and on the back of my quad by the time they got back. They were shocked to say the least. Lesson learned, you never know where these suckers might be.
