firstcoueswas80 Report post Posted August 25, 2022 So: Ex-wife volunteers and does tremendous work with a local canine rescue (the big mut network). Last weekend a foster for Ender, a 12 week old male great dane went out of town, so I volunteered to take him for the weekend. For whatever reason, his original foster isn't taking him back. I get my Airedale pup on Saturday. Too many dogs in the house Hes a great pup. Very sweet, doesn't ask to go outside, but pees/poops as long as he's let out. Perfectly fine in a kennel over night. Boarman03 Report post Posted August 27, 2022 The larger the dog, the greater the issues, typically. Hip dysplasia is very common, Great Danes, Dobermans, German Shepherds, Irish Setters, etc. Still, 8 to 12 years is a lot of years of love and fun! " Who wants to live forever?"
