Jim Parker got these bear photos and asked me to post them. He saw this bear while deer hunting in unit 21.

Yeah, he is awesome. Cinnamon bears are so cool looking. And it looks like he's too big to get up and move around. I think maybe the color on his feet and nose is more red because of sunrise or sunset, not sure though. Maybe Jim will come tell us.

That's a great photo! My son had a WT tag in Unit 21 and we saw lot's of bear sign but no bears. We finally get to see the bear.

Thanks Josh, one of my buddies reports seeing a "herd of bears" in 22. He's still new to the whole hunting thing, so I don't know how creditble he is.

Interesting, I've spent most of my life in the woods and I've never seen a "herd of bears". The most I've ever seen is 3 together and that was a sow and 2 cubs. I've seen that several times but never a herd. You might want to pat down your buddy as he may have a crack pipe on his person somewhere. Just messing!
