Don't know much about pricing or anything yet but he already has a few that he's renting out. I expect he will have some sort of grand opening or something coming up. Gonna talk to the owner and suggest some deer hunt packages, maybe even convince him to include some glass rentals. They are open and renting but still in the early stages. They are also getting into doing some tours which sounds pretty fun. Anyways...
