levers Report post Posted July 31, 2022 Well used model 12 in 20 ga. Made 1921. Wood has been revarnished and a newer recoil pad is on it. The bore is good and it cycled ammo fine. I haven't ever used it. The barrel is marked FULL choke but the barrel has been shortened to 23 inches and the choke now measures improved cyl. Pretty good looking old gun. $350 located in south Tempe area.

Mike S Report post Posted August 30, 2022 Chamber length?
levers Report post Posted August 30, 2022 It's not marked but a 2 3/4" shell drops easily into the chamber
Mike S Report post Posted August 31, 2022 Thanks, will it also eject a fired 2 3/4" casing without catching the crimp folds on the way out? I understand the early ones can be 2 1/2" chambers? Neat shotgun, just want to confirm what I'd be getting into...
mullmann Report post Posted August 31, 2022 I have two in 20 gauge in my safe and dove hunt with them. My father and uncle have them in 12 gauge. Great guns. EDIT: ours are browning model 12 not Winchester
