A recent thread suggested "Denmarks" as a place for meat processing, particularly for breakfast sausage, etc. However, I can't locate them via a Google search or the yellow pages. I'd like to have some sausage made from my Coues buck, and I'm looking to try them out. Can anyone provide a phone number & address for Denmarks, or any other game meat processor in the Valley they'd recommend aside from Four Peaks or Southwest?
