RodinAZ Report post Posted July 6, 2022 Cleaning out a couple I no longer have time to shoot. This is a Remingtom 40x single shot, chambered in 6mmBR in excellent condition with original box and paperwork. Very few if any handling marks. It has a 14" twist and shoots 58-70 grain bullets very well, I've only shot varmint pills in it so I would imagine you could improve on the groups I have shot if you tried match bullets. I had the barrel threaded 5/8x24 for suppressor use, the front sight studs are still there if you wanted to use them. Chamber is a snug .266 which requires necks to be turned. I have around 200 pieces of Remington and Lapua brass (some loaded) that will come with it, these necks have all been turned and will last many years of loading. Trigger is factory and has the 2 ounce version installed. Also included is a Wilson competition hand die set with a Sinclair BR press. Rifle is topped with a Night Force 8-32x BR scope with NPR2 reticle and rests in NF rings. I am unsure of the base but will say it is from a reputable manufacturer. Rifle has been lightly used and well cared for, rifling is crisp and clean. I also have several hundred varmint bullets that I would sell with the rifle or after the rifle sells. $3000 firm
