You didn’t address all the questions.   There is only one hunt south of the ditch that isn’t a guarantee with 12 points.  If you did everything right on your app then you had a cc issue. 
 

applying for that hunt with 12 points makes no sense because you could have hunted it 4 times in those 12 years.  
 

it’s a 54% draw odd with 2 points.

Theres been a few guys getting legit hits today, it still isn't over. You still might get that 20c tag. Not likely but they are still charging people.

OP wants preference point system bc he cant draw the strip or sheep tag and its not fair. But somehow his kids have managed 2 or so Antelope tags.
