.270 Report post Posted October 20, 2008 a couple months ago this was a really big subject on this site. i got called all kindsa names for bein' a nonbeliever. seems to me like there has been a real abscence of any global warming alarmist articles in the news lately. could it be that since all the real science lately has leaned the other way and that the "sky is falling" koolaid drinkers wanna change the subject until they can drum up some more "evidence" that we're all gonna cook? anyway, this is an interesting article and it has real funny comments also. i for one, am ready for a litte global cooling, since it's almost deer season. seems like it always cools off about now. is it because we emit less co2 in the fall and winter? NRS Report post Posted October 21, 2008 I was thinking about this when I say one article saying that the glaciers in Alaska grew more this year than in recorded history, and the article just below it said that the polar ice melted more this summer than previously thought. :lol: Even the scientist cant agree on what is going on in the same area.
