Y'all havent seen me posting on politics for a few days and I 'splain why -

I am in my first week of a TOTAL NEWS BOYCOTT - even Fox and especially talk radio!

AND I FEEL GREAT!

I may never go turn them on again - it's not worth it! There is SO much bias and BS in the news that you are actually no better informed by listening! Maybe you are like me with the TV or radio constantly monitoring the election or the economy - which only serves to add to our current worries and even sorrow for the direction our country is headed. The only thing you can do is CAST YOUR VOTE, converse with friends and PRAY, PRAY, PRAY.

Remember, there is no-known cure for stupid... so why stress about what stupid people are about to do!

I moved to Tonto Basin in April. Since that time I have not had cable or any other kind of TV hooked up. I pay attention to what people are saying and read a little bit of news paper that I find in the lunch room at work. I listen to the debates on NPR, and then turn the radio off before the liberal commentary spin.

I mostly listen to Christian radio, 90.9 FM, and the only political programming I listen to is "Janet Parshal's America" at noon every day, where I get the Biblical perspective on world events.

Oh yeah, and I read what you guys have to say.

Before anyone calls me simple or misinformed, I suggest you listen to 90.9 at noon every day. You will be pleasantly surprised.

Nice post Godisgood; keep it uncomplicated, keep it straight, listen to truth - not lies.

Mike
