Macallan12 Report post Posted May 17, 2022 I'm sold on December in Mexico. I treat it like an Oct. Arizona hunt. Being able to get first crack at them, they've not been shot at so their out and about. I've had luck 2x during this month 14 1
couzhtr Report post Posted June 7, 2022 Nice buck! Do the Dec. tags typically cost less?
Couesnut Report post Posted June 7, 2022 If your hunting in Jan, & concerned that the bucks have all been shot at...Then maybe your Ranch is overhunted.
Chef Report post Posted June 7, 2022 Even on ranches with solid bucks, the rut can bring a lot of broken bucks almost overnight. Between seeing them broken on the hoof and capturing them broken on trail cams, the timing was the same. November & December hunts offer you the ability to pattern a little better on wide open country bucks all the while avoiding the broken scenario.
