bowhunter4life Report post Posted December 6, 2008 Guys, I just got back from ross outdoors, this was my first time getting to know the staff. I was very impressed!!!!! they are all class act type of people and they are very caring for each customer. while sitting back and watching there actions, I could not help but notice the passion they have for each customer providing top notch customer service and an attitude to make everybody feel like they were important! Oh by the way. I think they gave away more stuff today then I have seen at hunting banquets that cost $50 a head.
