218buck Report post Posted April 12, 2022 Tessa was able to take this axis deer in Texas. She was able to sit a water hole where a herd showed up at last light. She made quick work of the axis buck. Looking forward to trying the meat from it. Her oryx has been amazing and I have been told that the axis is even better

PRDATR Report post Posted April 12, 2022 Great job. I've heard Axis is the best tasting but haven't had it. If it is a good as Pronghorn it should be a 10. Arizona is such a small State compared to Texas but I wish we had them here and would love to hunt them.
