125coues Report post Posted October 4, 2008 Here are a few pictures of our caribou hunt in canada. We were with Leaf River Outfitters and boy did they know how to take care of us. We both got 2 caribou each and Kathi got the biggest (seems that she is out doing me this year...love it!) so we are having her's done in a shoulder mount. I also got to hunt their bird - Tarmigan(sp?) and it was good eating!! Enjoy the pictures. I took this Tarmigan with my bow...it was an expensive bird!!!(the arrow shattered on a rock) This is the male bird. I got to use a shot gun they had, but bought a box of shells.
